Shipping Policy

Canada: $8 flat rate shipping fee. Orders over $75 ship free! Discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Complimentary local delivery is available within 15 km of our location in London, Ontario. If your address is outside of these boundaries, we're happy to offer free pickup. Just send us an email!

All orders will be packed and shipped by Wilderland Paper within 1-3 business days. From there, the order will be handed off to the carrier who will deliver your package within 3-9 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for delayed shipments or lost orders. If there are any issues with receiving a package after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with their postal service/carrier. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to such issues.
